Whitney was born and raised in Chillicothe.  In May 2010, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK.  She loves to travel the world, eat spicy food, and spend time with friends and family.
