Non-Denominational means we are not governed by an outside denominational structure. We select our own leaders who direct the affairs of the church according to the Bible and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We are accountable to one another.
Independent Christian Church means we simply call ourselves Christians, using the Bible as our only rule of faith and practice. Denominational titles tend to divide people. We refuse to get hung-up on non-essentials and respect people from all denominations and groups who are committed to following Jesus.
Family Church means that every Sunday is a family reunion. No one should have to go through life alone. We want to do life together with people who love us just the way we are, but exhort us to get better.
We are committed to strengthening families, marriages, and singles. We love kids, and do our best to mentor children and teens, using culturally relevant methods.
Go and Do means that we are not asking people to “come and watch us.” The real life of the church extends way beyond Sundays. We are the church that cares. We want to “go” to the poor, hurting, and lonely people of our community and “do” something to help them.
We are a LIFE-giving church- Love In Full Evidence. We believe love is more than a feeling; it is an action.
Teaching for Everyday Life means we want our church to improve people’s lives, not burden them. We aspire for our church to be relevant in every day life. We talk to people in an uncomplicated, common-sense way about what the Bible has to say about marriage, raising kids, sex, finances, stress and the dozens of other real issues people face in every day life.
